There are two types of structures in your state...
  • Uncertified Structures are Standard, Come With No Engineering Papers, and are Recommended If You Live In an Area That Does Not Recieve Heavy Wind and Snow Loads. Choosing Certified Is Unnecessary Unless You Live In An Area That Can Be Affected By Heavy Wind and Snow, or Live In Florida Where Only Certified Structures Are Permitted.

  • Certified Structures Are Engineered To Go Anywhere, Are Recommended For Areas That Receive Heavy Wind and Snow Loads, and Also Come With Engineering Papers Which May Be Required If You Need To Permit Your Structure With Your County. Certified Structures Have A Stronger Frame, Come Standard With Roof Bracing, Come Standard With Mobile Home Anchors, and Provide You With An Overall Stronger Structure. IF YOU WILL NEED A BUILDING PERMIT, PLEASE CHOOSE CERTIFIED.
