Here are some things that you
should know:
1) Your lot must
be level or unit will be installed "as is" on lot. (There will be
an extra charge if installers have to dig out or cut the frame to
level it.) There are about 4 inches of play with the frame
for you to adjust with, so as long as your lot is fairly level you
should have no problems with installation.
2) Please inform installers of any
underground cables, gas lines, or any other utility lines near the
construction site. We will not be responsible for any damage to the
structure due to these things. Customers are responsible for
permits or any other restrictions.
3) If your land is not level enough, or
additions are to be made to your structure, a $50 return trip
service charge will be added to the balance.
4) A down payment of 10% is required to
be paid to Custom Carports & Garages on all
orders.
5) Balance is to be paid in full at
time of installation.
6) We accept Visa, MasterCard,
Discover, American Express, or money orders. (All orders to be
fully paid at time of installation.)
7) No refunds
on special order items or down payments.
8) Frame is one-foot shorter than roof, length-wise due to six
inches of roof overhang on each end.
