How To Buy
Ordering online is easy! Here is how the order form
works, step-by-step:
1) Once you click the Shop
button, you will be asked to Choose Your State where the
structure will be placed. Building options and prices are different
for each state.
2) The second question to answer is whether you want
a Certified or Uncertified Structure. The
main differences between Certified and Uncertified Buildings are
that Certified Buildings are engineered to go anywhere and are
recommended for areas that receive heavy wind and heavy snow loads.
Certified Buildings also come with engineering papers which may be
required if you need to permit your building with your county.
Also, Certified Buildings have a stronger frame, roof bracing, come
standard with mobile home anchors and provide you with an overall
stronger structure. Note that only structures
with 12 Gauge Framing come with a 20 Year Limited Warranty.
3) Next, choose
your frame gauge. 12 Gauge is 25% stronger than 14 Gauge and comes
with a 20 Year Limited Warranty.
4) Choose your
Frame Size (or building
dimensions), and then click the Begin
Shopping button.
5) Now comes the fun
part! Use the our Online
Order Form to completely customize the structure into
virtually any type of structure that you desire. Each step has its
own information text in case you need clarification; just click the
? Learn More About... link. Also
a Running Total moves down
the page with you so that you can monitor the total amount of costs
that you have compiled and stay within your
budget.
6) After choosing all
of your options, then select the Review Your
Purchase button at the bottom of the ordering form once you
have completed the customization of your structure. You will then
be taken to a summary of the order where have the option to edit
any of the building elements that you previously
added.
7) After you have
reviewed your order, click on the Add to Cart
button. The building will be placed in your shopping cart, and you
can either check out via our secure online portal or continue
shopping.
